Argyle would like to welcome Steve Caproni and Frankline Levine as new members.
Purdue Farms delivered 12 while fryers to Argyle to give to needy families, Dean Shaw from Purdue delivered the fryers to Argyle.
Argyle would like to congratulate Corine Porter, the winner of the raffle drawing for the van that was given away on December 17, 2011.
The drawing for the van that is being raffled off will be held on December 17th, in the parking lot of WalMart
Santa Claus will be coming to Eucheanna Community Center on Decemeber 10, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. Santa will be arriving on a fire truck provided by Argyle Volunteer Fire Department. Come see Santa and have some fun.
Argyle would like everyone to take a few minutes to read these safety tip for the Christmas and winter season. Make sure you read all instructions on your space heaters to insure they are not a fire hazard. make sure your Christmas trees are watered on a regular basis and especially avoid open flames near your Christmas tree. Make sure that your chimney's are clean and free of soot and debris and use LED lights on your Christmas tree in reduce heat and save on your power bill. Argyle will hold a raffle for a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan, the tickets will be $5.00 a piece. The drawing will be held on December 17, 2011. You can purchase the tickets at station 91 on Tuesday nights from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Argyle would like to welcome a new member to the fire department, Tyler Helms. Welcome to Argyle.
A new gun range is opening in Walton County. The Bullets & Bones Sportman's Club was apporved for development by Walton County commisioners. Click on the link provided and you can read about the new development coming to the county.
On September 2011 Argyle had a fish fry fundraiser. They would like to thank the many people and businesses that donated to the event. These businesses are Wal-Mart, ED's Tastie Freeze, Sally's and Mom & Dad's restaurantfor thier donations.

Argyle had their annual fire fighters appreciation dinner. Awards were given for various years of service. The dinner was held at the Best Western in Defuniak Springs. Many thanks go to their staff for making the dinner a success.
Argyle would also like to thank Shannon Brinkley for donating a couch used at the fire department and the Dockerys for donating two chairs that fold out into beds along with Charlie and Ann Day for the use of their air conditioner for the fire department.

thank Lowes for their donation of the lumber and hardware to make the bunk beds for the MNRS stays at the fire department.
Once again Joe Petrone and Willie Rozofsky have come through with their donations from Lowes
Argyle has received and installed an ice machine in Station 91.
